Comcast Business HQ needed a new strategic partner for their social channels, and they chose Scratch due to our integrated marketing team and design capabilities. We were tasked with revamping their social media and content.
We took them from having no clear brand direction—inconsistent branding and messaging, nonexistent visual campaigns and content posts that does not intrigue—to a more cohesive branding with a singular brand voice across all major social media platforms. This was accomplished by working with other agency partners, introducing illustrative animation/video and a strategic content plan. We strategized verticals and SMBs to MM-ENTs and additional Comcast Business divisional support. All these continue to be developed and improved.
